Educating the candidates on the need to undergo medical check up, the requirement to be completed for visa application, the do’s & don’ts in the recruited country, the life style of the recruitment country and the need to keep discipline on reaching the destination.

All paper work required to complete the visa application along with various enclosures such as photos, copy of passport, original attested certificate, medical report etc are religiously followed up. After sending the necessary papers required for visa application, periodical follow up is made with the Overseas clients to ascertain the position of the visa such as labour clearance, final clearance etc and conveying the latest position to the candidates.

On receipt of visa, providing the candidate with a copy of the visa, booking his / her air ticket as mutually discussed and educating them on all aspects of their overseas jobs before leaving the country, including the procedure to be gone through at the airport such as obtaining boarding pass, embarkation card, formalities to be gone through at the emigration & security, discipline to be maintained in the waiting hall and plane. Candidates are further advised about the procedure to be followed on reaching the sponsored country such as undergoing eye test, obtaining original visa, formalities while passing through passport control etc. Arrangements are made with Overseas clients to pick up the candidates recruited on arrival at the visiting countries by sending details of the candidates to clients over fax / email and interacting with the clients to ensure that the candidates are properly received and accommodated.
